What do I get?

When you join you will receive a welcome pack that includes a speech manual and a leadership skills manual. Club members also receive a copy of Toastmasters magazine every month which is full of tips, information, ideas and news.

As a member of Cambridge City Communicators you will have the opportunity to speak at each meeting and receive positive constructive feedback by fellow members in a warm and supportive environment.

How do I join?

Membership is open to all people aged 18 and above and members come from all walks of life. Come along to a meeting and if you like what you see and hear speak to any of our members or our committee who will answer any questions you may have and provide you with a membership application form. Alternatively you can download our Application Form and fill it in online and print it out and bring it to the next meeting.

How much does it cost to join?

Membership is £45 for six months which works out at £3 per meeting. Membership for previous members of Toastmasters not requiring replacement manuals is £35 for six months. Full-Time Students and the unemployed are eligible for our reduced membership joining fee of £35 for 6 months. All joining fees are pro-rated.

Renewals are every September and March and are £35 for six months and £25 for students and the unemployed.

All money is used to run the club. We are not for profit, all committee members are unpaid volunteers who don't recieve any kind of expenses.
