The Club Secretary is responsible for keeping minutes of club meetings and committee meetings, ensuring the committee are submitting the correct reports and information to Toastmasters HQ.

The Treasurer is responsible for paying in dues to the bank, keeping an eye on the exchange rate between the USD and GBP to ensure that dues are increased or lowered as appropriate, ensuring that the committee keeps to its budget, collecting renewals and ensure that the club is honestly maintaining its not for profit status.
